Centregold.com  recommends you to take the following security measures:

1. Install a good and up-to-date antivirus program, and perform a thorough antivirus scan periodically.

2. Make sure an enabled firewall is always protecting your computer, and its operating system (such as Windows, MacOS, ...) frequently updated.

3. Make sure you do not use Internet Explorer for your online financial transactions. Opera, Chrome,  Firefox or Safari -  in their latest versions - are more secure.

The main security issue concerning Liberty Reserve accounts is due to fact that “accounts are email based”. So once hackers obtain the control of your email account, then they can easily steal the funds stored in your related LR account too.
