While order processing has been greatly improved during the last year, there are still some orders being delayed by the verification process, especially first-time ones.
So we think it’s important to make things clear, about why those orders haven’t been completed in the promised timeframe.

At Centregold, the verification is usually completed within 24 - 48 business hours.  In fact, our verificators work only on business days and hours, because they depend partly on several external Agencies that are out of our control.
