Credit Card Authorization form

New Centregold members using credit cards might see their order status set to “Waiting  for CC Auth form”.

This means we have sent an authorization form to you by email; you need to print and sign that form before sending it back to us.           

If you do not see that form attached to the email sent to you, then we invite you to log in to your Centregold account and download this form by clicking on the “Download CC Auth” link located adjacent to your order status.

We expect you to send it by fax,  or scan it and send the picture by email as attachment. If you do not find a scanner, you still can take a picture of the document using a camera or a smartphone, and send the picture by e-mail.

Just use a compression software to "zip" it; so that it fall in a reasonable size (less than 3 megabytes) and won't be rejected by our mail server.

Please make it as clear and readable as possible, to help us speed up the verification process.

You can use one of the following methods to upload the documents to us :

*           Upload online from within your Centregold account interface

*           Send by e-mail to billing@centregold.ca

*           Send by fax to +1 (888) 528-3880

Other documents might be required as well, such as :

1.         Front side of your credit card;

2.         Back side of your credit card;

3.         Photo ID : this may be aDriver's License, or Passport, or State ID, or Military ID, or Student ID, or Medical Insurance Card or other forms of identification written in latin characters (english, french, .... - not in chinese). However it's best to provide your International Passport for a faster verification, as it is easier to run through database check.

 Don't worry about these documents. We'll keep them secret, just necessary to verify your order as we can't do otherwise. We have a very strict and strong privacy policy here, which does not allow us to share customer information with anyone, except by request of law enforcement agencies or courts. In Canada, private information is well protected so you don't have to worry about the safety of your documents at all.

Once you have signed and uploaded / sent the authorization form and documents to us, we will review them and process your order. This step is needed to protect you, us and the digital currency industry from fraud and abuse. We appreciate your time and effort taken to accomplish this one-time procedure.
