tip 6 : First-time orders : Be patient
It's important to make clear that sometimes first-time orders may be slower to process, due to financial regulations which oblige us to make some necessary verifications.
Here is a list of useful advices to help us quickly verify that you aren't a robot and you haven't been involved in a fraud operation before.
First and foremost, you should reveal your real identity (real name, address, ...) in your profile page at Centregold and you have opened only one account there (click here for more about that).
Also make sure you have added our email addresses : support@centregold.com , billing@centregold.com and do_not_reply@centregold.com in your contact or safe senders list or address book; so that you're sure to not miss any important emails from us.
Otherwise you may have to screen your spam or junkbox for an email asking for verification documents from us; that email may end up in those folders because we send a lot of emails everyday.
However, we do not ask for verification documents from everyone as we use an advanced verification method, so you have to wait for such a request before sending them.
Next, make an effort to login into your Centregold account using one computer only. In fact, if you check your account from several computers and Internet cafés, then we suspect that someone else is trying to access your account and, obviously, we won't allow that, for security purposes.
So if you are a traveller then you have to tell us about that.
Moreover, just after you've placed your order, do not forget to call your bank or card issuer asking them to remove any restrictions on your account. Some banks simply ignore charges from foreign countries; some cards aren't allowed to be used on online transactions; some cards aren't designed for P2P funding; .....
So you have to authorize any charge from Centregold and our card processor.
We'd like to let you know that AmEx orders are processed faster than everything else here. The speed of delivery of digital currencies ordered using AmEx cards are very fast and you can order that kind of card here too (available worldwide).
Another situation you may want to avoid too is "placing an order on weekends" as most of our team do not work on weekends. So you have to be patient in that case.
While waiting, double-check everything in your profile page at Centregold : https://centregold.com/Account/updateProfile.php . Make sure there is no mistake there ( name, numbers, expiry date ..... click here for more details about that ) because if there's an error, then the order processing will stop waiting for an approval. And that may take time as we have to ask you by email for the right information.
So please be patient during that one-time verification procedure, as we have to take care of our trustworthiness while trying to satisfy our valued customers.
