tip 18: How to speed up

 

At Centregold, orders should be processed within 1 or 2 working days only, subject to the receipt of funds and the end of the verifications.

If your order hasn't been completed in this time frame then either we haven't received the funds from your account or we couldn't verify your order yet.

In this case, we'd like to ensure you that there are no unreasonable delays here; something is being verified or corrected on your behalf.

 

So we strongly suggest you to provide the right information, to not hide your identity and to be careful while filling in the various forms during the order creation and at your profile page at Centregold .

In case we find something wrong or suspicious there, we'll try to correct that first - or ask you to provide the right information - before processing your order; we have to be careful as we are involved in a high-risk business.

 

To-do list :

If the status doesn't change during business days  - we do not work on week-ends at this time -  that means we have a problem verifying your order and we're still trying various verification methods one after another as we don't want to credit the wrong account, digital currencies not being refundable.

During these verification attempts, you, as the account owner, can help us by following the check-list below :

  • Verify your name and address at your profile page . They should be the same as the ones actually on your card statements and utility bills, including the street address and the zip or postal code.
  • Provide an update about your actual localization compared to your billing address: Are you travelling ?  or not living at the given address.  In fact we're striving to make sure your account is being used by its actual owner.
  • Do not hide your IP address by using a privacy service (VPN or Proxy). The only anonymizing service fully compatible with Centregold is sector123.com   (click here for more).  Indeed we won't process your order if there are too much security issues.
  • Contact your bank our card company and ask them to make the payment related to your order. Provide also batch or tracking numbers and account history excerpts showing that the payment has been made (click here and here for more). Obviously, we'll process your order only after receiving the payment from you; and sometimes we spend most of the time waiting for the payment to arrive or locating it among others (in case you've forgotten to include the reference number).
  • Verify also the destination account to make sure it's not limited or has any kind of restriction and make sure it's allowed to be credited online (P2P funding). It is important that you thoroughly complete this checklist because if the verification output is negative, then we'll have no other choice but to decline your order for security reasons. That should be avoided as much as we can.
