tip 16 : Order cancelling
If you've created an order then you've changed your mind afterwards, here is how to cancel that order if it's still active.
In fact, failed and declined orders do not need to be cancelled; the same for completed ones.
Just log in your Centregold account and look at the section "My Order History", under "Action". If you find "Cancel" there, then you can cancel the corresponding order.

Please note however that our bank may take time (several days to weeks) to give back your money in case they've already received the payment in relation to your cancelled order. So you have to be prepared for that, before cancelling an order.
In case your order has been completed but you don't like your ordered units anylonger, then you just have to resell them. Click here for more information about that.
It may happen that your order has been cancelled by our fraud prevention system. That's because we didn't get approval from our processor, the verification outcome being negative.
In this case, you have to follow the guide displayed here and here and restart placing your order.
