Order status : ready

The status "ready" means your order will be completed very soon. This is the last status before "completed".
We're just waiting for the result of a final check about your digital currency account to be funded.

At this stage, your payment has been received and accepted by our verification team; and we have contacted the concerned digital currency issuer - for instance Liberty Reserve - inquiring about your account :

- if it can receive payments (not restricted);
- if it really belongs to you. In fact, third party funding is not accepted here.

You too can help speed up this process by doing the verification yourself. The possible causes for restriction are suspicious fund movements, TOS violations and close account request from the account holder.

If you need to make a payment to an account belonging to someone else then we ask you to create your own account first, and transfer the balance to the desired account afterwards.
This transfer should be done at the digital currency issuer's website, it's instant and - for many issuers - costs next to nothing.

This step should last only, at most, a few hours. However we ask you to be patient in case it takes a while, as we have to be very careful due to the fact that digital currencies aren't refundable.
