Received - Pending
Case 1: If you're purchasing
The received-pending status means we've received the money from you.
Now we're preparing to deliver your ordered units. But before that, we have first to verify your account, to which we'll make the transfer.
- Make sure this account really exists and you've entered it in your profile page at Centregold (click here on how to do that).
- Check the spelling of its name and number format (letters, digits, even capitals).
In fact, we have to make sure this is the right account before making the delivery, as third-party funding isn't allowed here and digital currencies aren't refundable.
So we ask you to be patient during that account verification process and expect some collaboration from you too by checking your account details and status.
- Make sure this account isn't being limited or have any kind of restriction; otherwise we won't be able to put funds in it.
Case 2: If you're selling
The received-pending status means we have received the digital currency units to be sold, from you.
Your order just needs final processing and will be completed.

We advise you to think twice before choosing the Visa card option, as many Visa cards aren't allowed for P2P funding. So you need to inquire at your credit card company before doing so.
Alternatively, we can provide you a Payoneer debit card (MC compatible) and credit it with the balance (click here for more details).
